Livskost ("we", "our", or "the app") is a nutrition tracking application developed by Manas Studios. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about how we handle your data.
Account Information: When you sign in with Apple, we receive your Apple ID, name (if you choose to share it), and email address. We do not have access to your Apple ID password.
Nutrition Data: Food logs, scanned meals, calorie and macro targets, dietary preferences, and meal suggestions you interact with.
Health Data: If you enable Apple Health integration, we read and write nutrition data (calories, protein, carbohydrates, fat) to Apple Health. We only access the specific data types you authorize.
Photos: When you use the food scanning feature, photos are processed to identify foods. Photos may be uploaded to our servers for meal logging but are not shared with third parties.
Device Information: We may collect basic device information for app functionality (e.g., camera access for scanning, microphone for dictation).
Livskost uses AI to analyze food photos and estimate nutritional content. When you scan a food photo or request a nutrition estimate, the image or description is processed by our AI systems.
Important: Nutrition estimates are AI-powered and may not be 100% accurate. Always consult a healthcare professional for medical nutrition advice.
Your data is stored securely on Supabase (hosted on AWS) with row-level security policies. Your authentication tokens are stored in your device's Keychain. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data is removed from our servers. Anonymized, aggregated data may be retained for service improvement.
Livskost is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If you choose to share your GLP-1 medication status during onboarding, this information is used solely to personalize your nutrition recommendations. It is stored securely and never shared with third parties. You can select "Prefer not to say" at any time.
